An existing property located in the village of Norton Fitzwarren. Karesa completely refurbished and modernised the interior, reusing material to create period features, such as using the original flagstones to create an appealing entrance hall. The property was also extended to create a much larger and improved living space for the modern family.
St Martin’s View, Fivehead 2004-2005
A new build development comprised of a trio of three-bed detached homes and accompanying detached garages, adjacent to the local village pub. All three houses were constructed using a timber framework and clad externally in blue Lias stonework and red Roman roof tiles.
