Bath City Farm Café 2021
Karesa was contracted to assist in the construction of a new timber frame café building at Bath City Farm. The charity had received funding to provide a long-awaited community café, with a seated capacity for 30-40 people. The construction phase of the project only took around a month to complete, which demonstrated one of the main advantages of timber frame building.
Ford Street Garden Room 2021
Karesa carried out a small extension to a bungalow. The project work included the removal of an existing conservatory and replacing it with a new timber frame sunroom. The new timber frame and section panels were designed to ensure minimal wood wastage. All sections were prefabricated at Karesa Group’s workshop before being installed on-site.
Blagdon Hill 2018-2019
A new 4-bed detached house was built, running simultaneously with the former Blagdon Inn refurbishment project. Designed specially to fit with the aesthetic of Blagdon Hill village, while providing all modern conveniences, the new build comprised a bespoke timber structure and striking flint block exterior cladding.
