Time and Budget

Whether you are the client or designer, we all have different aims, but a unified desire to ensure the project is completed on time, on budget and in accordance with the intended design criteria.

Open and Honest

We believe open and honest communication with the client’s team and designers throughout the project period ensures andy issues that arise can be dealt with effectively and with the minimum disruption.

Building Plans

We provide building plans and construction drawings for all types of extensions, conversions, refurbishments and internal alterations or new builds.

Measured Survey – Carry out a detailed measured survey of the existing building and site, including boundaries, access ways, utilities, etc – anything that will effect the design process. This is the starting point before the feasibility study can start.

Feasibility Study - the starting point for any extension, conversion, refurbishment or new build - we will take a comprehensive look at the options open to you and provide you with some initial design solutions.

Planning - we will complete the planning application drawings and submit them to your local council for planning permission. If planning is not required, we will obtain written confirmation of this.

Building Regulations - we will complete the building regulations drawings and submit them to your local council for building regulations approval.

- We deal with all the paperwork and liaison with the Local Authorities for your applications.
- Act as client’s agent for all planning and building regulation applications through to completion.
- We can supply structural calculations for any steelwork required to meet the satisfaction of the local Authority Building   Control Service for any building works.

Builders Pack - we will provide additional information required by your builder to enable the project to be costed properly and documents that you will require when
